These terms of use are entered into by and between You and Rescue One Plumbing ("Company," "we," or "us"). The following terms and conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services.

2. Service Appointments & Estimates

Estimates: Quotes provided over the phone are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is determined upon physical inspection of the plumbing issue.
Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service fee.

3. Emergency Services

Emergency service calls (after hours, weekends, or holidays) may be subject to higher rates. These rates will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to dispatching a technician.

4. Warranties & Liability

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, Rescue One Plumbing is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to pipes, fixtures, or property.
• Damage resulting from unforeseen structural issues (e.g., rotting floorboards, dry wall).
• Failure of parts or equipment manufactured by third parties (though we honor manufacturer warranties where applicable).

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks. Late payments may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Pennsylvania law.

6. Governing Law

All matters relating to the Website and these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.
